HUGS
Hugging is healthy. It helps the body's immunity system. It keeps you healthier; it cures depression; it reduces stress; it induces sleep; it's invigorating; it's rejuvenating; it has no unpleasant side effects and hugging is nothing less than a miracle drug. Hugging is natural; it is organic; naturally sweet, no pesticides, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients and 100% wholesome. Hugging is practically perfect. There
are no moveable parts, no batteries to wear out; no periodic checkups;
low energy consumption; high energy yield; inflation proof; non-taxable;
non-polluting and of course, fully returnable. In this Issue: More on the web: Past

From FALL BOARD Several friends requested copies of
Rebecca Chunn's "inspirational moments", and she is happy
to share: GFWC Jackson Woman's Club The GFWC Jackson Woman's Club is pleased to report on our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament Sept. 14th, held at Falcon Ridge Golf Course. This event was very successful under the leadership of Pat Mingledorff and Bobbie Brown, Ways & Means. This project takes many volunteer hours in preparation and orchestration but it is very profitable for our club. Mrs. Patty McCormick spoke at our September meeting on "The Love of Dolls". She collects and restores antique dolls. She shared her story of how she and her mother did this together. She related how we as mother's and grandmother's can do this with our children. Fall Conference was September 27, 28, 29th. Jean Clampitt, Vertie Henson, Linda Johnson, Sandra Johnson, Jane Gilley, Jane Roe, and LaVerne McIver represented our club.
I want to thank Lana and everyone involved in Fall Conference. Your gracious hospitality and informative programs were greatly appreciated. We are all looking forward to working with you... LaVerne McIver, President
