CLUB FUND RAISING ITEMS

AT THE REQUEST OF SEVERAL CLUBS I am taking a leap of faith and inviting all clubs who wish to do so to bring their fund raising items for sale at Conference. The leap of faith is that all vendors must be approved by the Board of Directors and I am trusting your Board will see the benefit of this and give their approval. There will be guidelines by which I will ask everyone to abide. They are:

· · Please do not bring items that conflict with our GFWC of TN items that will be for sale. Those will be the baskets and wreaths for Dollars for Delegates. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING THOSE!

· · You will be asked to donate 10% of your proceeds to GFWC of TN just as our other vendors do, unless the entire amount of your sales will go to a specific GFWC of TN project such as The Unicorn Fund or SOS or Cops and Readers.

· · We are not being charged for tables, so there will be no charge to clubs. You need to contact Sandy Lindeman at the number below to reserve your table.

· · You may set up on Friday and break down Saturday or Sunday.

· · You MUST have someone to attend you table at all times.

I feel this a great way for clubs to share fund raising ideas and make money for your clubs and GFWC of TN.
