IF you have had trouble receiving your TFNEWS in a timely manner, perhaps you would like to have the option of having it mailed FIRST CLASS, and be SURE of delivery. This would also make the mailing forwardable by the Post Office, and/or the P.O. would return it to the editor in case the address is incomplete or there is an error on it (the editor would then make every effort to get it on to you).

Be sure that your Club treasurer knows your decision, so you will be counted on her list for 100% subscribers. Treasurers: You would have to mark your reports accordingly if the members send it through your hands.

IT IS TIME NOW to send your RENEWAL Subscriptions for the 2003-04 TFNEWS.

Please send a typed or printed list of your members, along with Club Name and DISTRICT number.

Subscriptions are $2.00 per year per member. Club Presidents receive a complimentary copy.

PLEASE be prompt in submitting your Renewals so that no interruption of service will be experienced.

THIS Issue is being sent the list for 2002-03. The next issue will use the NEW Renewal list, so include your new members and any changes that are needed, that is—addresses, names, zip codes, etc.

IF any member chooses to exercise the First Class Mail option, use the form above, and BE SURE to specify on your club list that she is renewing at the higher rate.
