As specified in By Laws, Article VIII - sections 1 and 2: All members in good standing are called to participate in the annual board and conference to be held in Cookeville, TN, September 24 - 26, 2004. The following is a tentative agenda and may have changes or additions make to it.

Registration: Friday 2 - 5 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - noon; 2 - 4 p.m.
Sunday 8 - 9 a.m.
