Johnnie Hill GF of TN 1st Vice President

Johnnie Hill has been a member of GFWC in TN since 1975. She was a member of the Tullahoma Jr. W. C. for nearly 20 years, during which time she served as Director of Junior Clubs (1988-90). She then joined GFWC Tullahoma W.C. During that time she was actively involved in Tennessee' Youth Leadership Program (HOBY), and served as chairman of the HOBY board, as well as seminar chair. Realizing the need for a nighttime club in Tullahoma, Johnnie and Sandy Lindeman spearheaded the organization of the GFWC Centennial W. C. of Tullahoma in 1996. She has been a member of that club since then.

Picture Right: Here's JOHNNIE!

Johnnie is a high school teacher of speech, debate and theatre. She has been a teacher at Tullahoma High School since 1992 ?she got a late start by most standards!! Her husband, Milan, is a retired middle school social studies teacher who is now teaching driver's training classes. Both children, Geoffrey and Ashley, are "out of the nest", out of college, and on their own. YEA!
Johnnie is a Toastmaster (which means she is an accomplished public speaker), and a member of ADK, (an educational sorority) and is a tap dancer. She is a student of the computer (which means she is still learning), and she has just finished her Master's Degree from TTU (which means she as been BUSY the past two years.)

In her "spare time" (Is there really such a thing?) she is a Law and Order addict (maybe it's Sam Waterston) and loves to listen to Barry Manilow, Yanni, Enya, and Mannheim Steamroller. How could life be better??!!
