REPORTING TIPS
Johnnie Hill, GFWC of Tennessee First Vice President
Reporting is just around the corner. Here are a few last minute suggestions to help make the process easier. Remember—the reporting period is January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004.
All reports should be sent to the Tennessee General chair by Feb. 15. Juniors also send a copy to the Jr. chair.
Use the new statistical report form found in your GFWC manual for ALL reports. It will serve as the cover sheet if you choose to include a narrative. Fill in ALL info--front and back--and make enough copies for all reports.
Narrative can be single-spaced.
Send a copy of your reports to Headquarters, and keep a copy for your files.
DO NOT cross report!!!
Report only activities that have been officially sanctioned and approved by your club.
If you have any questions, please email, snail mail, or phone me, and I will help you. Good luck!!!!
