Close your eyes and imagine……

Close your eyes and pretend….

POOF…… the GFWC is GONE ! … What happens next?

Without the GFWC there would be no development to assist women in organizing clubs and projects for improvement of their communities.

Without the GFWC there would be no meetings with city, county and legislative groups so that communities can maintain personal contact.

Without the GFWC there would be no organization to monitor legislation in all areas that affect the communities.

Without the GFWC there would be very few groups interested in assisting the schools, teachers and leaders in better educating the children.

Without the GFWC there would be 75% fewer libraries in this country.

Without the GFWC there would be no leadership development programs to assure Quality Leadership for the future.

Without the GFWC there would be no mixers (meetings) to increase friendships and contacts in the community.

Without the GFWC there would be no listing for our clubs on the Internet.

Without the GFWC there would be no information supplied to you through your newsletter to keep you abreast of projects and programs important to the community.

Without the GFWC there would be no one to answer the multitude of questions about opportunities for service in the community.

Without the GFWC there would be no CLUBWOMAN magazine in which the organization is explained, clubs are spotlighted, accomplishments noted, and programs presented.

Without the GFWC there would be no TENNESSEE FEDERATION NEWS to keep you informed about your friends and clubs, and coming events.

Without the GFWC newsletters there would be no way for your own efforts to be recognized by your friends, nor would you have a means to recognize their achievements.

Without the GFWC there would be no UNITY IN DIVERSITY.

Did you ever think of these and the many other projects, on a daily, monthly, and yearly, ongoing basis….that make your GFWC (and GFWC of Tennessee) important to you and All of the residents of your community?

WHAT a nightmare and loss if we did not have the GFWC. It is through the support of the members, and the increasing of membership, that the organization will not go…POOF !…and disappear.

THANKS for your support.
